Remington Model 770 rifle chambered in .30-06

I have one Remington Model 770 rifle for sale chambered in .30-06. The upper rifle in the picture has SOLD.

The remaining rifle has had about 80 rounds down the tube and has an inexpensive fixed power (4x) Bushnell scope. I am selling it for $320 with the scope or $270 without the scope.

Terms of the sale:
1) Cash only
2) Buyer must be an American Citizen and an Idaho Resident and must present a valid Idaho driver’s license or concealed weapons license. It is illegal to sell to someone out of state unless done through an FFL dealer. People who violate this will be reported to the police.
3) Buyer must be at least 18 and legal to own a firearm. People who violate this will be reported to the police.
4) Buyer must sign a bill of sale.
