This package includes a total of 15 double pane windows all with removable wood grills and screens, to include interior window casing to match grills. There are 9 double pane double hung windows (49 3/4" x 34 1/2"), 4 large double pane fixed picture windows which are basically six feet wide by four feet high (46" x 75 1/2"), 2 smaller double pane fixed windows (46" x 23 5/8"). All double hung windows open and close easily and seals are in great shape.
The package also includes two exterior doors that also match the window package, i.e. one large patio sliding door (82" x 75") with threshold with wood grills that match the windows (interior casing and sliding screen door also included). Another exterior door that also matches the windows (81 3/4" X 33.5") with wood grills, frame and casing is also included. All windows and doors are in great shape and I even saved the exterior window trim if buyer wants them.
I built temporary window and door transport frames for all the windows/doors for transit. They are currently well protected under a heavy tarp ready for trailer transport.
My wife and I are remodeling and could not find additional windows and doors to match to our liking so we decided to start over and order new. To purchase new for similar quality windows and doors would be over $20,000,
