Here's a handsome revolver that was made to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the birth of a great American. This is a John Wayne Commemorative Ruger New Vaquero. With Ruger reliability, Old West styling and factory engraving, this beauty has many things to recommend it. Chambered for the classic .45 Long Colt cartridge, it wears a 4-5/8" barrel with fixed sights. The scroll engraving is reminicent of the classic American style and John Wayne's signature appears in gold script along the top of the barrel. The entire revolver is finished in a nicely polished bright blue and the grips are checkered and carved with JW's initials. Overall condition is excellent.
The mechanics are in perfect working order and the bore is excellent. This good looking revolver comes in the original limited edition red plastic case with cardboard sleeve, owner's manual, lock and miscellaneous factory paperwork. A very nice revolver
