Scam, but very meticulous. I told him where I was located first, then he said bonners ferry. Obviously I'm not going that far. Gave me an FFL with a false phone number, I looked it up online and called the actual store. They had not received the fire arm. He called pretending to be the FFL and trying to receive payment via Zelle, PayPal or Venmo. So glad I avoided this scam.
