These do NOT require shipment to an FFL, but are subject to all local, state and federal laws regarding the Gun Control Act and Section 922 (r) of the United States Code Title 18 (USC Title 18), which defines the requirements for the assembly of semi-automatic rifles and shotguns involving imported parts.
The CETME rifles were built in Spain and were the fore-fathers of the HK 91 / G3 rifle chambered in 308 / 7.62x51 Most of the CETME rifle parts kits contain original wood furniture with synthetic pistol grip. Cannot ship to locations where prohibited by federal, state or local laws. These kits contain full auto parts in the fire control group and cannot be shipped where prohibited. The parts kits contain no magazines but are available.
