1980 Honda CX500C Fuel Tank
Part number 17540-449-771ZA.
Was removed from a parts motorcycle and was partially repaired. On the front right side, you can see where a large dent was pulled out as far as possible, and then an initial layer of body filler was applied. There is another shallow dent on the left side (where paint was removed).
Tank is rusty inside, but was previously tested for leaks and none were found, so it could be cleaned and/or resurfaced.
This is a great candidate for restoration!
Petcock and key are not included. (NOTE: the ignition key for any CX500C should open the fuel cap latch.)
