I have a complete old upper for sale. It has some dings and scratches but functions great. It has a “newer” ArmaLite barrel in it with around 900-1000 rounds through it and is chrome lined with a 1:9 twist. It has a 15” M-Lok handguard, an 1,100 Luken ThruNite TN-12 Flashlight with a strobe feature on a Magpul mount. There are also Magpul OD green rubber M-Lok and pic rail ladder covers and an OD Green Magpul VFG. Everything you see is included. And yes, a complete BGC and charging handle are included. The sights are off-brand Amazon sights but are well built for what it is, I mainly used them on .22lr.
Personally, I thought it was most fun with a .22 conversion in it while plinking, but do what you want with it.
